Award Winning Safety Transformation at Kagome

We are proud to announce that Kagome has been awarded the “Best Safety or Wellbeing Initiative (Employers >100 Employees)” at the Goulburn Valley Safety Group Awards for our Site Redevelopment Project at Echuca.

What began as a vision to create a safer, more efficient workplace has now become industry-recognised excellence. This project has transformed our site by separating heavy vehicle traffic from pedestrians and forklifts, improving site layout, enhancing security, and delivering new staff amenities — all with safety at the core.

👏 Congratulations to Todd Fleming and Derek Robinson, who accepted the award on behalf of Kagome and led this project from concept to implementation with unwavering commitment.
👏 Thank you to Jason Fritsch, former CEO, whose leadership and passion brought this project to life.

This redevelopment was not about ROI — it was about protecting people. And today, that commitment has been officially recognised.

✅ Key Outcomes:

Proud moment for Kagome. Proud moment for our people.
Together, we’ve built a safer future.
